1. Why shall I choose your store?
We are DIRECT store of Pharmacom Labs, we are not resellers. We are manufacturers, we are PHARMACOM LABS! You will find all advantages of ordering in our store here. Also You can check our status at the official Pharmacom Labs page. Just enter there www.basicstero.ws to see the result.
2. How do I choose warehouse?
You can choose the warehouse on the left side of our site. Or just use these links:

http://us.basicstero.info/products/show - this is price list our US domestic warehouse. Local delivery from within the USA.
Domestic order numbers start with U letter.
International order numbers start with I letter.
Please be careful when choosing warehouse.
3. How can I order?
Orders may only be processed through our shop www.basicstero.net via site checkout. If someone is trying to persuade you to place an order via Skype, E-mail, or any other means of communication, they are attempting to scam you. Be alert!
4. Do you accept orders per e-mail?
No, we do not accept orders per e-mail. Only via site checkout.
5. Is it safe to order through the site? I am afraid someone could steal my personal data!
Do not worry about it. Our site is located at our own secure server. We have own team of programmers and software security specialists. A chance of breaking our site is just negligible. Also after you placed your order and it was proceeded you can delete it from the site in your personal account, thus, your personal info will not be available from the outside.
6. A while ago I signed up in the international section, but now I need to place an order in the domestic section. Shall I sign up again?
Yes. Our warehouses have different databases, which are independent on each other. If you have already signed up in our international section, our database in the US domestic section can not see it, thus, your credentials for the international section won`t be valid. In fact we have 3 different stores at one site.
7. Do you deliver to the USA from your international section?
Sure, we do. Most of the orders placed in our international section are from the USA.
International means that your order will be shipped directly from our factory in China. It takes longer (12-14 days), but prices are lower. If you need fast delivery you need to choose the US domestic section. In this case your order will be shipped from within the USA. Delivery time 2-4 days.
8. Do you have a minimum order?
We do not have a minimum order. HOWEVER: if the order subtotal is less than $100, you will be charged an additional 10% for every item until the total cost exceeds $100 before shipping. For example, the retail price of Pharmatest P is normally $39 - but with an order of only one or two vials, you will be charged $42.9 (+10%) for each vial until the total exceeds $100.
9. Which e-mail shall I leave in delivery details?
First of all we do not specify your e-mail address at package. Don`t worry.
We need it only to send you order details and tracking info.
Generally you can chose any e-mail address that you have access to. Certain email providers like hushmail, MSN, or Hotmail may mark our e-mails as spam, so always be sure to check your spam folders if a confirmation email or reply is not received.
10. What does my order status mean?
ORDER STATUSES IN OUR STORE
1. WAITING FOR PAYMENT is assigned immediately after you place an order.
2. PAYMENT IS BEING CHECKED is assigned after you submit payment information into your account.
3. ORDER PROCESSING is assigned after we pick up the payment and have begun its preparation for shipping. Preparation time for international orders can take at most up to 3 days..
4. ORDER SHIPPED is assigned as soon as your package is handed over to the shipping company. In a while after that we will give you a tracking number sent to both your email and in your order details here on the site.
11. I placed 2 orders, but paid only for one. Which order will be confirmed?
Our site automatically confirms the order, which has been placed as last. For example: yesterday you placed order Nr.1 for 300$. Today you decided to order some more items and placed a new order Nr.2 for 400$. If you pay our store will always give priority to the order placed as last, order Nr.2. Even if you paid 300$ only, your first order will not be confirmed. These 300$ will be on your balance waiting for the missing amount to confirm order Nr.2.
So, if you place several orders please make sure your latest order is the actual one. Otherwise please delete all orders which you don`t need.
12. Which payment options are available in your store?
Now we provide 3 payment options:
Bitcoin - preferable payment option. You get extra 10% discount if you pay with bitcoins. It is as simple as Paypal - here is our tutorial
PayPal is currently not available. All questions regarding PayPal will be ignored.
13. Is payment through PayPal available?
No, now we currently do not accept PayPal. All questions regarding Paypal will be ignored.
14. How can I confirm my payment?
Once you make a payment according to the instructions provided please submit the necessary payment information under your account into Dashboard - Add money section. This information will be processed within max. 24 hours. For WU and MG payments we may need sometimes more time to check payments.
15. Can I pay through WU/MG online or do i need to visit WU/MG office and pay by cash?
Our experience shows that Western Union and Money Gram may suspend/block transfers made online. This is a standard WU/MG procedure to avoid possible scamming. So, you can try to send payment online, but there is a chance that you will need to resend it by visiting WU/MG office and paying by cash.
16. I placed an order but I forgot to submit payment info into Add money section. Will you ship my order?
IMPORTANT: If you haven’t submitted payment info we will not know, that you paid. Your order will be reserved only within 5 days and after this our store deletes it.
SO, IF YOU DON`T SUBMIT PAYMENT INFO TO THE ADD MONEY SECTION WE WILL NOT KNOW THAT YOU PAID! THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! PLEASE DON`T FORGET ABOUT THIS STEP!
If for some reason you cannot enter payment info or you submitted it in the wrong section, please contact us!
17. I paid through Western Union or Money Gram to the name received immediately after i placed my order. Later I checked the payment data and the name changed. Is it ok?
Yes, this is ok. We change names all the time to avoid blocking of our receivers by Western Union or Money Gram. Your payment will be picked up and you don`t need to resend your payment to the new name.
18. My order is seized. Can you refund my money?
Acording our ordering conditions (I.5) we do not refund funds in the following cases:
a) you paid for your order, but changed your mind
b) your order has been seized.
19. My international order is sezied. May I get store credit in the domestic section rather than a reship?
No. We pay to our domestic shippers for each item shipped. If your international order is seized and we reship it from the domestic warehouse we not only lose products, but also have to pay to our shippers and cover shipping costs from our pocket. Sorry, we do not do it. Reshipping always occurs from the warehouse, where the original order was placed at.
20. Western Union / Money Gram blocked my payment. What shall I do?
Unfortunately such things happen. You can take your money back and resend them by using the same name or a fidderent name of the receiver (if required).
IMPORTANT: Using Western Union or Money Gram as payment options you shall use your real name and ID information to be sure you will be able to withdraw your funds in case of any issues. Otherwise we take no responsibility for loss of your funds.
21. I placed two (three) separate orders . Can I do one lump sum transfer, or do I have to make three separate money transfers for each order?
Sure you can make one payments for all orders. As well as you can do many small payments for one bigger order.
22. What is discreet shipping? Shall I choose it?
Discreet shipping is our way to ship products to reduce custom seizures. You shall know that if you choose this option, items will be delivered without original labels and check codes.
We are not resellers, we are Pharmacom Labs, so fake products are not possible, don`t worry about it. All items are shipped directly from our factory.
WARNING: By default orders to Europe, Canada, Australia are always shipped discreetly, otherwise seizure risk is high.
For USA customers: most seizures occur in Chicago and Los Angeles. If your are from one of these cities or close to them we recommend you to choose discreet shipping.
23. Where do you ship from?
We have 3 sections (= warehouses) in our store.
International: if you place an order in this section it will be shipped out directly from our production facility in China to any country of the world, incl. the USA. In this section we provide lowest prices! No signature is required on receipt! Tracking number is provided. Free reshipping in case of any issues! Only genuine products directly from the manufacturer!
EU Domestic: if you place an order in this section it will be shipped out locally from within one of the European countries. We provide delivery guarantee! Free reshipping in case of any issues! Fast delivery after payment is confirmed. Only genuine products in original packages!
NOTICE: If you are from the USA and need some items which are available only in our EU warehouse you can place an order there and we ship it from Europe to the USA.
24. How much time does delivery take?
For the international section: up to 12-14 days
For the USA Domestic section: 2-4 days
For the EU Domestic section: up to 7-10 days
Differences in shipping time are not dependent on us, but are due to different factors such as your location, postal service efficiency, custom clearance, etc. Because of these reasons delivery can take longer in particular cases.
25. How much does shipping cost?
For the international section: 20$ flat rate to any country regardless of its location
For the USA Domestic section: 15$ flat rate for standard shipping and 30$ flat rate for express shipping
For the EU Domestic section: 15 EUR flat rate to any country within the European Union or to the USA
26. When do I get tracking number?
For the international section: For safety reasons we provide tracking numbers only after custom clearance in our country is completed. It can take up to 1 week. This is the longest period. After this your parcel will fly fast and will reach your destination for 5-7 days!
PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR TRACKING NUMBERS EARLIER THAN 7 DAYS AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PAID. IN ANY CASE WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE YOU TRACKING NUMBER BEFORE!
Actually there is no need to ask for tracking numbers. We will send your tracking info both to your account and to your email when we are ready.
The fact that you don`t have tracking number does not delay delivery itself. Please be patient. This is yours and our safety!
For the USA Domestic section: we provide tracking number within 24 hours as a rule
For the EU Domestic section: we provide tracking number within 1-2 days
27. My order was shipped 7 days ago, but I still do not have tracking number. What shall I do?
As a rule we upload tracking numbers within 7 days after the payment was confirmed. You shall receive updates about each change of your order status from our site (messages are sent by robot automatically). In some cases we can provide tracking numbers a bit later as usually. If you did not receive any emails, please first of all, go into your account - Dashboard - Orders - and open your order details. Tracking number shall be indicated there in the respective field. If the field is empty it means we did not upload your tracking number yet. Sometimes it takes longer, but it does not mean that your order was delayed. Our shippers just need some time to write down hundreds of tracking numbers into one file and send it to our site manager. Meanwhile, your order is already on the way.
28. My order is seized! Will you reship it?
For international section:
If you are from the USA we will reship your order for the second time free of charge.
Orders placed in our international warehouse towards Australia, Canada and Europe are NOT reshipped for the second time free of charge. Please choose the stealth shipping if you are from these regions and place your order in our international section.
If your reshipped order is also seized (happens not often) we shall be not liable for any losses from your side. Make sure you are aware of this condition before you place an order.
Also as per our ordering conditions in case of a seizure if you placed your order in our international warehouse we do not reship seized items from our domestic warehouse.
Orders with free bonus items (placed during our promo offers) are reshipped without bonus items!
For US domestic section: Oders placed in our US domestic warehouse are reshipped for the second time in case of losses, seizures, etc.
For EU domestic section: Oders placed in our EU domestic warehouse are reshipped for the second time in case of losses, seizures, except Scandinavian countries.
29. I received my order, but when I opened the package I found that some vials are damaged /missing. What shall I do?
Please don`t worry. There are several options here.
1. We split bigger orders, so the second part of your order can be in another package on the way. In this case please check your order details, the new tracking number shall be there.
2. If you chose discreet shipping we also split orders in some cases to reduce seizure risk. Please check your order details, new tracking number shall be there.
3. It happens not often, but our shippers could mix something up. We all are not robots. Please contact us and we help you asap.
IMPORTANT: please remember that as per ordering conditions (I.11) you are obligated to film the unpacking process in the event of any issue or dispute. Without this we shall not be liable for any complaints (missing or damaged items, etc.).
30. I made a mistake in the delivery address! Will I get my order?
Please double check the information you submit to us. According to ordering conditions (I.13) we shall not be liable for any misdelivery due to inaccurate information. We can assure you that we accurately forward all necessary information in its entirety to the postal service.
31. I received my tracking number and a couple of days later another one. Why?
There are 2 reasons for this:
1. Your order was big and we split it to reduce seizure risk.
2. You chose discreet shipping during the ordering process. We may not disclose all details, but in some cases we also split orders into 2 packages and ship them at different days to reduce seizure risk.
32. What discounts do you provide?
Info about all currently running and permanent discounts can be found in the DISCOUNTS section of our store.
33. My bitcoin discount is not working, why?
Bitcoin discount is applied and calculated automatically for regular orders, but not for promo orders. If you are participating in our promo you get free bonus items instead of the discount.
34. Do you have any promos running now?
All our discounts and promos are listed in the DISCOUNTS section of our store.
